Mind Over Money | Episode 1: Get Smart(er) | Frost

One way optimists take the taboo out of
money is through education. Financial literacy may sound dense but it just means learning enough to answer basic questions you have about your finances. Everyone’s busy but there’s always time to learn. Think about the parts of your
day where you can add a lesson on to what you’re already doing. For example, your commute is a perfect moment to listen to a financial podcast or audio book. It’s much easier to learn on the go than to carve extra time into your daily routine. If you learn something new two to three times a week, you’d be surprised how quickly you’ll feel more confident talking about your finances.
